Thesis title: Decolonising Francophone Algerian Literature in and through Translation

Research interests: Literary Translation; Postcolonialism, Decolonisation; Diasporic Writing; Gothic and Horror; Folkloric Writing; Queer and Feminist Postcolonial; Francophone & Anglophone Writing from the African continent; MENA literature.
Teaching: I have taught tutorials on gothic & horror, the short story, francophone and anglophone African literature. I am open to teaching tutorials, classes and supervising dissertations in both French and English faculties, especially on subjects related to translation and decolonisation.
I am the French language editor for the OCCT Review, co-convenor of the OCCT Discussion Groups and co-organiser of the forthcoming conference (May 2024) on Literature and Language Difference.
